Fr. O’Dwyer is a native of Cooley in County Louth. He studied for the priesthood at St. Patrick’s College, Maynooth. Following ordination he served in several parishes in the Archdiocese including Lower Killeavy. Prior to arriving in Portadown he was Parish Priest in Forkhill from 2002 to 2005. Fr. O’Dwyer was installed as Parish Priest of Drumcree in March 2005. He is also Vicar Forane for the Vicariate district of Portadown that includes Kilmore, Loughgall, Tandragee and Whitecross.
