 Arising from the Holy Father’s Pastoral Letter to the Catholics of Ireland, the Irish bishops have published a new resource leaflet entitled Friday Penance. It is one of a number of initiatives aimed to support renewal in the Catholic Church in Ireland. The faithful are encouraged to read the text carefully and act upon its recommendations. Copies in PDF can be downloaded in both English and Irish .
