PARISH OF DRUMCREE
Mission Statement: Our Parish is a Christ-centred community. In Baptism we are challenged by the Spirit to live and share the Gospel message. Through proclaiming the Gospel message to all, Growth in Faith, Liturgy, Justice Issues and
Ecumenism we extend our love and care to all people providing support in renewing and deepening our faith. We value the gifts and talents of each of our Parishioners and invite them to use these in responding to Christ's invitation to all of us to follow Him and spread the Good News to the whole world.

Who ministers to the minister? You do.
I thank all who voiced their concern for my welfare during the week following the event of Monday afternoon. Your prayers and
generosity and goodness have helped and healed. I am particularly touched by those who are going through their own traumas at present who took time to think about me. Be vigilent about your own safety and that of family and neighbours.
Let us pray for each other.

Reflection

Where do you live?

The question
of the disciples to Jesus -
Where do you live? -
is the search for God,
the quest for truth, love and
meaning.

And you ask it sometimes in peace:
you sit by peaceful water or rushing waves,
or in a quiet room,
and wonder without worry.

Or you hold a hand and know
you are loved,
and you live in the world of love
and you wonder in joy at the
source of it all.

Or you struggle with loss and hurt,
or with loneliness and confusion
and the question hurts
and you wish it would go away.

And the question leads
to meaning, to truth, and to love.

Come and see:
be prepared to be surprised
by beauty, joy and peace,
by courage and by strength.

Come and see:
be prepared to be open to the love of another
so that it can change you.

Come and see:
and you will know that God lives,
and you're glad to ask the question:
Where do you live?
