V: We adore You, O Christ, and we praise You. Adoremus te, Christe, et benedicimus tibi. R: Because, by Your holy cross, You have redeemed the world. Quia per sanctam crucem tuam redemisti mundum.
V: Consider how the disciples carried the body of Jesus to its burial, while His holy Mother went with them and arranged it in the sepulchre with her own hands. They then closed the tomb and all departed. |
